Adelphi University Athletics

Coach Ilsley was the driving force of the women's soccer program for over 20 years. During his tenure, he guided the Panthers to 10 NCAA appearances, four NCAA Regional Championships and National Runner-up finishes in 1992 and 2004.

He produced eight All-Americans and 42 All-Northeast Region players. He is a three-time East Coast Conference Coach of the Year and was selected Northeast Region Coach of the year in 1990 and posted a record of 275-91-30 at Adelphi.
