Adelphi University Athletics

Adelphi’s first lacrosse All-American. Kohart was also a co-recipient of the Outstanding Senior Athlete of the Year award. He was also named Most Valuable Player in lacrosse in 1953. In addition to his lacrosse career, Kohart was also a part of Adelphi’s football team for two years. He capped off his senior year by being elected to “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.”
