Adelphi University Athletics

Arnone was inducted into the Adelphi Hall of Fame in 1976 and graduated in 1953. Arnone was a physical education and health major at Adelphi and participated on four varsity teams, field hockey, basketball, volleyball and softball. As a junior and senior, Arnone was undefeated in all sports.

Upon graduation she taught in the Malverne school district and helped establish Operation Fitness in Washington D.C. and was also a player on the Long Island Field Hockey Association.
