Lumbra started every game during her four seasons with the Panther softball team at second base. She was an essential reason why the team made it to the NCAA Regional Tournament in 1988 and 1990 as well as the NCAA Championship in ‘89. She was a second-team All-Northeast region selection three times from 1987-89 and a first team selection in 1990. She is in the record books in many categories. Under single season records, she is 3rd in at bats with 173, first and second in stolen bases with 28 and 24 respectively, and is in the top-five in runs scored and triples. Her career records include second in at bats with 608, second in triples with 18, first in stolen bases with 81 and top-ten in runs scored and hits.
