Adelphi University Athletics

Bockrath was captain and MVP of the 1981-82 women’s basketball team and captain of the 1982-83 squad, scoring 1,187 points in her four year career.  She was the recipient of the Arvilla E. Nolan Award as Adelphi’s Most Outstanding Female Athlete with the highest GPA in both 1982 and 1983.  Her name also appears in the Adelphi record book under single season free throws and free throw attempts.  Bockrath also lettered on the Adelphi softball team.
