Teagan is transferring to us from a familiar place and joining some of her former teammates. We are excited for her to bring great experience to our back line as well. Teagan is an avid runner- we look forward to her endurance playing a role this season against tough competition in the NE10.

Marta is the first student-athlete from Spain to wear an Adelphi Field Hockey uniform in program history! We're excited to welcome a player with solid experience from the Spanish U18 Championships this past summer. Marta has great field vision and will make an impact on the defensive end.

Katie is transferring from former Division II program Limestone, along with her teammate Teagan. We’re excited for them to reconnect with Mignon and find their playing rhythm again together. We’re thrilled to have Katie join us for her senior season — she was named to the SAC All-Tournament Team last season while serving as a captain and defensive center mid at her previous school. We anticipate a great impact from her right away at Motamed Field.

Cassie was our first commit for the 2025 class, and we’re so excited the time has finally come for her to put on the black and gold, and take the cage. She’s super agile and quick on her feet. We’re looking forward to her joining our goalkeeping unit and making a splash in her freshman campaign.

Parris is a force on the attacking and midfield lines. We’ve had the opportunity to watch her play in many different roles across her high school and club teams, and we’re thrilled to have her at Motamed Field this fall. She’s aggressive, fast, and coachable. We can’t wait to see what she’ll produce on the field this season!

Jena is a stellar attacker. She has an eye for the cage and will be a great addition to our attacking corner unit. She has the ability to regain possession and create goal-scoring opportunities with her quick release on shots. Her positive nature will bring great energy to the team, both on and off the field.

Izzy is a well-rounded student-athlete, entering the nursing program at Adelphi and coming off a successful high school career. She brings power behind the ball and excellent field vision. We see Izzy as a versatile player who can be placed anywhere — attack, midfield, or defense — and make a difference on the field.

Hadasah comes to Adelphi from nearby Carle Place, rejoining some former teammates — and it’s great to have another Frog alum on the roster! Hadasah’s coaches, who are AUFH alums themselves, have raved about her, and through our time getting to know her, we see exactly why. Her defensive experience will be a great addition to the field — she played a big role in Carle Place’s championship seasons.

Jody is an exciting addition to our team. She brings high-level skill and ball control, and combined with her speed and strength, she’ll be a tough player to match up with on the field. We see Jody stepping in and connecting well with our returners and newcomers, bringing strong game knowledge and making her presence felt on both sides of the ball.
