Waterbury, Conn. — The awards keep rolling in for the Adelphi men's basketball team as
Dayshaun Walton was named to the D2CCA All-East Region Second Team.
Walton is one of five Northeast-10 players to be named to the one of the all-region teams. The junior was Adelphi's leading assist man and rebounder, averaging three assists per game and five boards. He was the second leading scorer for the Panthers, scoring 13.7 points a game. Walton has been a huge asset from the free throw line, shooting 89.2% from the charity stripe. That number is good for second in the NE10 and is currently the fourth best percentage from any Adelphi player in a single season.
