East Meadow, N.Y. - It was an astonishing weekend for the Adelphi University swimming and diving programs as they collectively rewrote 10 program records at the ECAC Winter Championship, held over three days at the Nassau Aquatic Center. 

"It could be product of the unveiling of the physical record boards right before the 2023-24 season commenced or simply a testament to the hard work that these athletes put in every day at practice," said Head Coach Marc Danin. 

"This meet was one of a kind and for our athletes to see the records every day when they come to practice can definitely be considered a motivator."

In addition to dropping time from the prelims into the finals races, the crew swam a plethora of lifetime and season bests to close out the 2023 portion of the schedule.
