North Attleboro, Mass. - For the third time in his young tenure,
Marc Danin has been voted on as the Northeast 10 Conference Men's Swimming Coach of the Year, announced Wednesday afternoon by the league office.
Leading his men's squad back to a runner-up trophy, Danin matched the program's best ever finish, falling in 2025-26 to the University of Bridgeport. With a team point total of 784, the men's team topped the third place finisher Bentley by 100 points but trailed by over 150 to the University of Bridgeport, who secured the crown with 967.5 points.

Last year, the men's program reached unprecedented heights in the lanes, as the men put together an undefeated dual meet season en route to the program's first trophy at the NE10 Championship. In 2025-26, the squad came away with six gold medal performances, which included the 200 and 400 medley relay squads setting new league marks at WPI. Nine silver medals returned to Garden City following the four-day meet as the weekend concluded with 21 podium appearances overall.
