Worcester, Mass. - The Adelphi University men's swimming and diving program finished as projected, adding another runner-up trophy to the case following the 2026 Northeast 10 Conference Championship meet.
With a team point total of 784, they topped the third place finisher Bentley by 100 points but trailed by over 150 to the University of Bridgeport, who secured the crown with 967.5 points. The championship for Bridgeport comes after the program had a six year hiatus and in its first season as a member of the NE10. This is also the first NE10 Championship won by an affiliate member of the conference since LIU Post captured the football title in 2018.
The Panthers nearly matched their 2025 output of podium finishes (27), with 21 and were responsible for six gold medals along the way. Additionally, the 200 and 400 medley squads set new Adelphi and NE10 records with their top swims. It was a near sweep of the relays as Adelphi won gold in three of the four events.

Valerii Pidhoretskyy with seven medals apiece, as each accounted for three individual medals as well.
