Mansfield, Mass. - For the second time since the season started, Kyria Moore has earned the title of Northeast-10 Conference Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday. 

 Moore put up Adelphi-best numbers in both the weight throw and shotput events, for the second meet in a row, competing at the Spartan Invite. Her launch of 12.47m in the shotput extended her Panther record she set in December to place third overall. Her weight throw performance moves her up to no. 4 overall in NCAA Division II after an attempt landed 19.19m. That stands as a new Adelphi record, qualifies her for NCAAs (mark is set at 17.00m) and ranks her 25th on the all-divisions list.

The Adelphi track and field programs are back action for the second half of the indoor season and compete next at the Ramapo College Invite on Friday, January 20 at the Armory. At last year's Invite, the Panthers returned to Garden City with a handful of top-five finishes and personal bests.
