Farmingdale, N.Y. - Set to host the 2022 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, the Adelphi University cross country will welcome the field to Bethpage Polo at the Park on Saturday, Nov. 19. 

Designated as the program's home course, the teams hosted two races already there this season, including a short-course showdown most recently on Oct. 21. The men's 10K race will kick off at 12:00 p.m. with the women's 6K to follow at 1:15 p.m. An awards ceremony will take place to announce the top-25 from each race along with the top team from each gender immediately following the women's event. 

In the latest release of the USTFCCCA rankings, the Adelphi women are in the hunt for a spot in the top three, following No. 1 Southern New Hampshire, No. 2 Roberts Wesleyan, and No. 3 Daemen. On the men's side, projected automatic qualifiers are  No. 1 Southern Connecticut, No. 2 Franklin Pierce, and No. 3 Roberts Wesleyan. 

Spectators for Saturday's event will be required to pay $10 (per vehicle not individual) for a parking pass to get through the toll booth - the ticket can be purchased prior to arrival at the link above.
