Old Bethpage, N.Y. -  The Adelphi University Athletics Department is pleased to announce its upcoming collaboration with the office of Residential Life and Housing for the second home cross country meet this season on Friday, Oct. 21. 

Free transportation will be provided to and from the event, and take off from the front of the Center for Recreation and Sport at 12:30 PM. The women's 5K will kick off at 2:00 p.m. with the men's 5K to follow at 3:00 p.m. 

The first 40 Adelphi resident students to sign up here and attend this event, will receive a free Adelphi pennant flag and a voucher for a Jersey Mike's regular sandwich. There will be activities during the races including music, cornhole, jenga, and bocce. Other giveaways will be given out in the stands.
