Stroudsburg, Pa. - The Adelphi University women's golf team traveled to Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania on April 17 and 18, closing out the 2015-16 campaign at the ESU Invitational at Glen Brook Golf Club.
Kutztown took home the team title, with a 36 hole team score of 632 (320-312), while Millersville was 23 strokes back in second place (655 - 332-323).
West Chester (656 - 329-327), LIU-Post (664 - 335-329) and East Stroudsburg (734 - 369-365) rounded out the top-five. Millersville's Danielle Greene captured the individual title with a score of six-over par 150 (74-76).
Lucy Stevens was the top finisher for the Panthers, turning in rounds of 12 over par 84 and five over par 77. Her two round total of 161 placed her in a tie for 6th, while newcomer
Sydney White finished just six strokes back with an 18 hole score of 167 (80-87), which earned her a tie for 15th.
Deanna Dempsey rounded out Adelphi's participants, turning in a score of 202 (98-104), earning a tie for 34th.
