North Attleboro, Mass. — The Adelphi baseball team had a successful week, going 4-1 and earning a series win over Saint Michael's to move into a tie for third place in the Northeast 10. Two offensive catalysts for the Panthers were Michael Robinson and Zach DeMilt, and on Monday afternoon, they were recognized for their performances by the conference.

Robinson and DeMilt earned the first NE10 honors of their careers, with Robinson being named Player of the Week and DeMilt earning the Rookie of the Week award.

The left-handed Robinson continued to be one of the best hitters in the conference, going 7-for-12 in this weekend's set with Saint Michael's. Adelphi's designated hitter drove in nine runs across three games, with two home runs and three doubles.

DeMilt kept shining at the top of the lineup for Adelphi, tallying 13 hits in 27 at-bats. The freshman drove in six runs, scored 12, and had a perfect fielding percentage (six infield assists, two putouts) at third base.

The Adelphi baseball team will be back in action when they host Pace on Tuesday at 3 p.m. for an important NE10 contest.
