Mansfield, Mass. — After a historic 2024-25 campaign that saw the program's first ever NCAA Tournament win and back-to-back conference championships, the Adelphi men's tennis team has earned five first place votes and been selected to threepeat as champions according to the Northeast 10 Coaches' Preseason Poll. 

Three-time conference player of the year Marko Jovanovic and key seniors Hugo Munoz Reinoso and Reece Farrow have graduated, bringing in a new era of Adelphi men's tennis. 

Reigning Rookie of the Year Andrea Albiero will look to continue his dominant form after a 9-6 singles record. All-conference selections Spyridon Papageorgiou and Louca Bertone, alongside Matias Hoyos and Elouan Boyer return as well with a championship pedigree.

Rounding out the roster are 2023-24 NE10 Champions Viktor Hockl and Thomas Horsley along with new additions Arturo Beitman and Leo Silverston. 

Head coach Rebecca Fakas and the Cats open up their season on Wednesday, September 10 when they host Farmingdale State in Garden City.
