Watertown, Conn. - The Adelphi University men's golf team finished in 11th place at the Post Invitational at the Watertown Country Club in Connecticut on Monday and Tuesday. 

The Panthers posted a team score of 947 over the three rounds of play on the Par 71 course. 

Andrew Brunozzi led the way for the Brown and Gold with a three-rounded score of 234. Brunozzi improved his score by two strokes on each round (80, 78, 76), and ended just one and two strokes ahead of teammates Mason Rivera and Alec Ramos. 

Rivera and Ramos completed the three rounds with scores of 235 and 236, respectively. 

Thomas Fasano also contributed for the Panthers with a 54 hole total of 242 (81, 79, 82), and rounding out the scoring with a 249 was Luke Bucci. 

This year's Post Invitational team and individual titles both belonged to Southern New Hampshire University with team shooting an impressive 865 and Jack Pepin, who claimed top individual honors, a 212. 

Adelphi will return to the course this Friday and Saturday (Oct. 15-16) for the Le Moyne Fall Invitational. The two-day tournament will be held at the Bellevue Country Club in Syracuse, N.Y.
