Colchester, Vt. - The Adelphi University men's tennis team picked up their first Northeast-10 Conference win of the year by defeating the Purple Knights of St. Michael's, 9-0, on Saturday afternoon. With the win, Adelphi improves to 2-4 overall and 1-0 in conference play, while St. Michael's falls to 2-2 and 2-1 in conference.
The Panthers took a 3-0 at the close of doubles play courtesy of 8-1, 8-1 and 8-2 victories. In solo play, the Panthers sealed the 9-0 victory without the loss of a set. 
Sander Brenner picked up his second win of the year in the top spot with a 6-1, 7-5 win over Nicky Bosco, while 
Uladzislau Litvinchuk put on a dominating performance in the fourth spot as he upended Charlie Merry with the loss of just one game.
