Sangiorgio, Crimi and Brown each beat goalie Kellie Renk to make it a 4-1 affair, but SNH hung tough and came back with three goals of their own to tie the game once again.
Brown made good on two free position shots to retake the lead. Sangiorgio and two Devito goals ensued, pushing the lead to 9-4. Before the half, Adelphi scored two more from Froccaro and a goal from Sangiorgio to run the scoreboard up to 12 while holding SNH to just seven goals.
In the final chapter, The Panthers opened up with four unanswered goals split between Crimi and Devito. SNH would score five in the half, but seven more Adelphi goals, including another four straight within five minutes, proved to be too much to overcome as the stickwomen would take the win and keep their record untarnished.
