NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association has honored 128 student-athletes in Division II with a selection to one of the All-Region teams for 2026, including seven from the Adelphi University women's lacrosse program.

These student-athletes are now eligible to be named to a national IWLCA All-American team. The IWLCA will announce the Division II 2026 All-American teams on May 20.

Adelphi and Pace tied for the most names on the First Team with five each, as three other schools received recognition. 

Julia Foppiano, Ashley Kolomechuk, Alexandra Leggio, Sonny Lionetti and Rita Sefransky all made the East Region First Team. 

Appearing on the second team, Marielle Colalillo and Rory Meehan round out this season's honorees. 

The top two teams in the East Region will faceoff for a third time this season on Saturday, May 16 at 1:00 p.m. in the quarterfinal round of the NCAA tournament.
