North Attleboro, Mass. — Forty-two Adelphi student-athletes have been named to their respective Northeast 10 Academic All-Conference teams, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
The 42 selections for Adelphi, all of whom met the 3.30 cumulative grade-point average requirement to be eligible for nomination, were the most in the conference and the most spring honorees the school has ever received, smashing the previous high of 23 set last year in 2025.
Adelphi was the only school in the conference to place a student-athlete from every spring sport on an Academic All-Conference team.
This incredible group included two current CSC Academic All-Americans in Katarina Liedbeck and Louca Bertone, with nine Panthers currently under consideration for At-Large Academic All-America honors.
Ten Panthers earned grade-point averages above 3.9, with reigning Northeast 10 Women's Tennis Player of the Year Katarina Liedbeck leading the group with a 3.985 GPA. Her teammate, Genesis Beltran, who made Academic All-Conference for the first time, earned a 3.919 GPA.
Jack Coyne, a bronze medalist at the conference championship, was close behind with a 3.979 GPA.
Men's tennis shined in the classroom once again, with Player of the Year Louca Bertone wrapping up his year as a graduate student with a 3.965 undergraduate GPA and a perfect 4.0 GPA in graduate studies. Viktor Hockl and Thomas Horsley graduated with 3.926 and 3.919 GPAs, respectively.
Valencia Beaubrun and Gabrielle Stafford shined on and off the track, earning 3.948 and 3.940 GPAs, respectively.
