North Attleboro, Mass. — The Adelphi baseball team had a great bounce-back campaign in 2026, highlighted by several strong individual performances. On Wednesday afternoon, five Panthers were recognized by the league office as All-Conference selections.

John Carver was named the Northeast 10 Pitcher of the Year after a phenomenal final season in the Brown and Gold.

While also being named to the conference's First Team, the graduate student led the NE10 in strikeouts per nine (14.4) and batting average against (.186). Carver currently sits in the top five in wins (eight), strikeouts (92), and earned run average (2.67). Nationally, Carver ranks first in Division II in strikeouts per nine and eighth in strikeouts. The Lynbrook native is the fourth Panther to be named Pitcher of the Year and the second in a row, following former teammate Dawson Montesa, as well as T.J. Santiago and Ed Baram.

Johnny Catuosco was named Second Team All-NE10 while also earning a spot on the All-Defensive Team. Catuosco ranked third in the league in batting average, hitting a career-high .416. The graduate student leads the Panthers in hits (72), doubles (13), at-bats (173), and OPS (1.024), while being second in on-base percentage (.498) and runs batted in (40). Catuosco hit a career-high two home runs in 2026 and posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage while serving as Adelphi's center fielder.

Michael Robinson and Dylan Beirne were named to the NE10 Third Team, with Beirne also earning All-Rookie Team honors.

Robinson excelled as the Panthers' designated hitter, batting .309 with a team-high six home runs. The junior, who was named NE10 Player of the Week on March 30, recorded a .950 OPS while hitting 10 doubles and driving in 34 runs. He set career highs in nearly every statistical category.

As Adelphi's No. 2 starter, Beirne was as steady as can be, posting a 5-4 record with a 3.44 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 52.1 innings pitched. The freshman threw a two-hit complete-game shutout in the team's 1-0 win over American International on April 26.

Zach DeMilt was Adelphi's final All-Conference selection, earning a spot on the NE10 All-Rookie Team. The freshman played third base, second base, left field, and center field. He is currently hitting .401 after going 5-for-6 in Adelphi's playoff win over Saint Michael's and leads the team in runs batted in (42) and runs scored (60). DeMilt ranks in the top 10 in the conference in batting average, runs scored, and on-base percentage (.510), which also leads Adelphi.

Head coach Mike Gaffney and the Panthers have advanced to championship weekend of the Northeast 10 Tournament and will take on host Southern New Hampshire on Thursday at 12 p.m.
