The NE10 presents its prestigious Outstanding Scholar-Athlete of the Year awards to a male and a female graduating student-athlete who have each exhausted their athletic eligibility and exhibited sustained excellence in both academic achievement and athletic competition.

Liedbeck has been named the NE10's Elite 24 award winner three times and this year propelled the Adelphi women's tennis team to its first conference title since 2023 while playing in the No. 1 singles and doubles flights. Off the court, the Bastad, Sweden native is a member of the Adelphi Fellows Leadership Program, a tutor at the Center for Academic Enrichment and Sports, and the community service representative for the women's tennis team.

Post-graduation, she plans to pursue her master's degree at Adelphi in software engineering before looking for work in either web development, database creation or sports analytics research.
