Garden City, N.Y. – Head coach Katie Apostolopoulos and the Adelphi University softball team have released their full slate of games for the upcoming 2026 season, announced Thursday morning.
The Panthers prepare for their second campaign under Apostolopoulos after finishing last season with a 24–27 record. Adelphi closed the year on a high note, finishing as one of the final three teams remaining in the Northeast 10 Championship. The Brown and Gold made an impressive run as the tournament's No. 7 seed, riding a hot streak of upset victories.
This offseason, Adelphi graduated seven key contributors but returns its entire pitching staff from 2025, led by Lily Kenney. The lineup also welcomes back Maddy Moore, Ellen Tarjan, and Jordyn Pasqueralli, while adding a plethora of young talent that includes five freshmen, along with JUCO transfer Kayla Suleski from Monroe University.

Conference play continues the following weekend as Adelphi welcomes Assumption University to Janet L. Ficke Field for a pair of doubleheaders on Mar. 28 and 29, with game time set for noon.
After a road trip that features visits to NE10 favorite Pace University (Mar. 31) and Southern New Hampshire University (Apr. 3 and 4), the Cats will open an eight-game homestand, beginning with Southern Connecticut State University on Wednesday, Apr. 8, at 2 p.m. Saint Anselm College comes to town on Apr. 11 and 12, and the Panthers conclude their stretch of home games with Pace University on Tuesday, Apr. 14, at 2:30 p.m.
Trips to Bentley University (Apr. 18 and 19), Southern Connecticut State (Apr. 22), and Saint Michael's College (Apr. 25 and 26) will wrap up the road portion of the schedule for the Brown and Gold.
The 2026 slate will conclude with six straight games at home, starting with a non-conference doubleheader against Caldwell University on Tuesday, Apr. 28, at 2:30 p.m., and ending with doubleheaders against Franklin Pierce University on Friday, May 1, at 2:30 p.m., and Saturday, May 2, with first pitch scheduled for noon.
The first round of the NE10 tournament is set to begin on Tuesday, May 5, with the higher seeds hosting, followed by the NE10 Championship from Thursday, May 7, through Saturday, May 9, as the No. 1 seed will host the double-elimination, four-team weekend.
