Garden City, N.Y. - The Adelphi University softball program is postponing the scheduled Alumni event for Saturday, October 4, due to low registration numbers, the staff announced on Wednesday. 

The team will look to reschedule the event for sometime in the spring semester, surrounding a home series - more details forthcoming. 

If still planning to come to campus this weekend, there is a full schedule of events taking place - see Spirit Weekend itinerary here. Additionally, the team will be hosting Stony Brook and St. John's on Sunday, October 5 at Janet L. Ficke Field. Adelphi games are set for 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
