Garden City, N.Y. — The home opener for the Adelphi baseball team will have to wait a little while longer.

With Sunday's scheduled doubleheader against Chestnut Hill postponed due to expected frigid temperatures, the 'Cats now set their sights on Tuesday against Kutztown for their first home game of the 2025 season. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 PM.

After that matchup with the Golden Bears, the Panthers head to Cary, N.C. for a four game slate at the Cary Invitational before returning home on March 11 to host Queens.
