Roisin Boyd was named the Northeast 10's player of the week last Tuesday, this time it was
Katarina Liedbeck earning her second weekly award of the season the conference announced.
Liedbeck went a combined 4-0 in both singles and doubles play over the weekend at the Panthers' no. one singles player and a part of the no. one doubles pairing. The senior earned a 6-4, 6-0 victory at Saint Anselm on Saturday and then won 6-2, 6-1 at Southern New Hampshire the next day. In doubles play, paired with Boyd, the ITA East Region champions only dropped two games in two matches with a 6-0 win over the Hawks and a 6-2 win over the Penmen.
The Adelphi women's tennis team will return to the court on Tuesday Oct.14 at 3:00 pm to take on Bentley in Waltham, Mass.
