Garden City, N.Y. - A 12 p.m. afternoon doubleheader has now become a 10 a.m. matinee for the Adelphi University baseball team on Wednesday, in light of approaching weather.
Adelphi and Saint Michael's are still slated to play a nine-inning game, followed by a seven-inning contest.
These two teams were originally scheduled to meet on Long Island back on Mar. 23, but a forecast of heavy rain postponed the initial contests.
The Panthers will enter a stretch of six conference home games in five days, as the 'Cats are set to host Saint Anselm College (Apr. 20) and Southern New Hampshire University (Apr. 21) this weekend.
All games will air on
NE10 NOWÂ and also be carried via
Live Stats.
