Garden City, N.Y.  - The Adelphi University Department of Athletics will be collaborating with the Center for Student and Community Engagement to promote Relay for Life at upcoming games in April.

The Center for Student and Community Engagement (SCE) will have a table during two game days in April to promote the event. The Athletics Department will also have purple Relay for Life bracelets available as a promotional giveaway. 

The games where students can attend to pick up a bracelet and learn more about the Relay for Life event are as follows:
Saturday, April 8th - 12:00 PM Softball vs. American International College at Janet L. Ficke Field
Saturday, April 8th - 2:00 PM  Softball vs. American International College at Janet L. Ficke Field
Wednesday, April 12th - 4:00 PM Women's Lacrosse vs. The College of Saint Rose at Motamed Field
Wednesday, April 12th - 7:00 PM Men's Lacrosse vs. Molloy College at Motamed Field

Relay For Life will take place on Friday, April 14th in the Center for Recreation and Sport. If you would like to register for the event today and join the fight against cancer, visit relayforlife.org/AdelphiNY.
