Garden City, N.Y. - Looking to fine-tune those mechanics?

Focused on the forty-three feet between the pitcher's plate and home plate, Adelphi University Head Softball Coach Carla Campagna is hosting a Pitching and Catching Clinic on Saturday, January 6.

Open to the first twenty-five who register for either camp, this is your opportunity to learn from the likes of reigning NCAA Division II strikeout queen Lindsey Hibbs and 2022 NE10 Defensive Player of the Year Angela Lignelli.

Those two battery mates have keyed the efforts of a pitching staff that has led the NE10 in strikeouts and earned-run average each of the last two seasons. Now is your chance to learn from them!

At a bargain cost of $120, Campagna has organized two age-appropriate sessions. The first camp -- suited for ages 10-to-13 -- will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A clinic for ages 14-and-up will follow from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
