Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University has reintroduced the video interview segment entitled "Meet the Panthers" for the 2015-16 academic year. This week's edition features junior Sierra Crook of the volleyball team.

Thus far, Crook has helped the Panthers to a 16-4 overall record and a perfect 7-0 record in Northeast-10 Conference play. Crook is the anchor of the Adelphi defense, having posted 433 digs thus far this season; she ranks. On October 13, Crook passed Amy Williams ('10) to become the all-time leader in program history in the statistic in a 3-1 win over Pace.

Next week's edition of Meet the Panthers will feature TJ Butler of the men's soccer team.
