Garden City, N.Y. – Tori Parente, Jenna Plue and Maddy Moore each earned spots on the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-East Region Softball Teams, announced Monday morning.

Parente was selected to the First Team, while Plue and Moore each landed on the Second Team.

For Parente, the honor comes following an outstanding 2026 campaign as a utility/pitcher. She concluded the season as the team's batting average leader, hitting .362 at the plate while totaling 34 hits, including two doubles, two triples and 12 RBIs. She also delivered two walk-off knocks for the Panthers during the 2026 season. Defensively, Parente made 34 starts at second base, recording 43 putouts and 57 assists while posting a .968 fielding percentage between her time in the infield and in the circle. On the mound, she made 16 appearances and compiled seven wins with a 3.53 ERA, including five complete games and one shutout. Parente was also named a NFCA Division II First Team All-Region selection, in addition to earning Northeast 10 All-Conference honors earlier this spring.

Plue took a huge step forward in 2026, emerging as the team's ace. She recorded 20 wins and totaled 205.1 innings pitched during the season. In her 33 starts, 23 were complete games, including seven shutouts. She also tallied 193 strikeouts, moving her into ninth place on Adelphi's all-time strikeout list with 299 for her career as a Panther. The senior held opposing batters to a .232 batting average while posting a 2.76 ERA. Plue was also named to the NFCA Division II First Team All-Region squad and earned First Team All-Conference honors from the NE10.

Moore enjoyed a stellar season in her second year donning the Brown and Gold. Making 51 starts behind the plate, the backstop hit .314 on the year while totaling five home runs and 11 doubles. She drove in 31 runs and scored 44, finishing with a .904 OPS. Defensively, Moore accumulated 313 putouts and 24 assists while posting a .988 fielding percentage. She was also named to theNE10's First Team.

The Panthers' season came to an end following an NCAA Regional run this past week. While Plue will graduate, Parente and Moore are expected to play major roles in Adelphi's success next season as the Panthers prepare for another postseason push in 2027.
