How it Happened:
- Neither team was able to crack the scoreboard until the bottom of the fourth, when the Panthers did all of their damage in one inning with a three-spot.

- After Kayla Suleski entered as a pinch runner for Moore, both she and Klepper advanced a base on a passed ball by the Greyhounds catcher.
- The freshman, Meyer, then worked the count full before driving a ball over the center fielder's head, bringing both runners home and extending the Panthers' lead to 3-0.
- From there, it was all Plue, who worked around trouble in the final frame to secure the shutout and move Adelphi back into the win column.
