North Attleboro, Mass. - Adelphi University's women's volleyball player Autumn Moore was named Northeast 10 Defensive Player of the Week, announced by the conference office on Monday.
Moore was a key player in the last week helping the Panthers to two consecutive victories and expanding their win streak to six. The sophomore averaged just over five digs per set and tallied a total of 36 digs and just three errors within the two games played as the primary libero.
Currently, the Florida native leads the conference in total digs (206) and digs per set (4.48) thus far this season.
The Cats look to continue their win streak this week where they take on Georgian Court University on the road this evening. They return home to take on Felician University on Thursday Oct. 2. Closing out the weekend, they will match up against both Assumption and St. Thomas Aquinas on Oct. 4.
