Lakewood, NJ - Adelphi men's lacrosse fans will get to start the season a day early, following the shift in schedule of the season opener against Georgian Court. 

The Panthers will now meet up with the Lions on Tuesday, February 11 at 1:00 p.m. Heading into just the fourth meeting all-time, the defending national champions hold a staggering 59-18 advantage in scoring against GCU. 

A season ago, the 'Cats put together a 19-8 decision to open the historic campaign, that resulted in the program's eighth NCAA Division II title. Five goal scorers from last year's contest return for another go in 2025 as returning defenders Ryan Durnin and Nick O'Shea combined for five caused turnovers in the victory. 

Tuesday's game will be broadcast live via a free-to-view stream on the Georgian Court portal of the CACC Digital Network.
