North Attleboro, Mass. — The 2025 Adelphi men's soccer season has been one of solid defense, controlling the midfield and scoring goals when needed. On Tuesday morning, five Panthers were recognized by the Northeast 10 for their success this year.

Ryan Holt, Alessio Consoli, Sam Nolan and Lucas Nicolaou were all named Second Team All-Conference, with Rory Duggan earning Third Team honors.

Holt, who was also named to the All-Rookie Team, led Adelphi with six goals on the year and was second on the team in points. The forward has started all 17 contests so far and scored game-winning goals against Saint Anselm, Southern Connecticut State and American International.

Consoli was vital to the Panthers' midfield in his senior season. The Priverno, Italy native has started in all 13 games he has played, logging 851 minutes and recording two assists on the year.

Nolan impressed in 2025, picking up a career-high five assists, which was good enough for a tie for the team lead with Duggan. The Englishman has played in all 17 games this year, totaling over 1,000 minutes.

Nicolaou has once again been a defensive stalwart for the Panthers, stopping opponents' attacks and constantly winning headers in the Adelphi end. He also added some offense for the second straight year, scoring goals against Molloy and Bridgeport to bring his career total to four.

Duggan had his best collegiate season in his graduate year, scoring four goals and tallying five assists for a team-leading 13 points. The Maspeth native consistently created offense on the right wing for Adelphi, scoring timely goals when the team needed them most.

Holt, Consoli, Nolan, Nicolaou, Duggan and the rest of the Panthers return to action on Wednesday at 1 p.m. for a pivotal Northeast 10 semifinal at No. 1 seed Bentley.
