Garden City, N.Y. - An annual tradition, the Adelphi baseball team will host its fall charity game on Saturday, October 11 at William J. Bonomo Memorial Field.
Taking place at noon against nearby rival Molloy, the Panthers will collaborate with Adelphi's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee to spearhead an effort aimed at raising funds for Morgan's Message for the fourth year in a row.
Morgan's Message strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete population and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics.
The organization aims to expand the dialogue on mental health by normalizing conversations, empowering those who suffer in silence, and supporting those who feel alone.
Tickets can be acquired
here at $5 each. Morgan's Message t-shirts will also be available to purchase at $25 each while supplies last. Donations are generously welcome.
