Garden City, N.Y. - Want your kids to be a part of the Adelphi game-day experience?
The Adelphi University Department of Athletics is inviting all interested youth teams this fall to be a part of its newly-formed Youth Day promotion.
This is an opportunity to have your team on the field at halftime, line up to greet the student-athletes, or stand side-by-side with your favorite Panthers during the playing of the national anthem. And that's just the start.
Come be a part on the following dates...
- Saturday, Sept. 9 - Men's Soccer vs. Dominican - 3 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 16 - Women's Soccer vs. Assumption - 3 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 30 - Field Hockey vs. Franklin Pierce - 3 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 27 - Volleyball vs. Saint Michael's - 7 p.m.
As an additional incentive, the youth team with the most attendees at the men's soccer game on Sept. 9 will receive a free soccer clinic at a mutually-agreed-upon date. A free raffle will also be held for all fans in attendance.
