Easton, Mass. - The Adelphi University men's tennis team moved to a perfect 2-0 in NE10 play Tuesday with a 6-1 victory over Stonehill College at the Charles Watt Tennis Courts in Easton.
It was the team's second-consecutive 6-1 result, after winning comfortably by the same margin in its NE10 opener Saturday against Saint Michael's.
Each of the top two pairings for Adelphi (4-5, 2-0 NE10) didn't even drop a game in securing the doubles point.
The first-time partners of 
Pietro Sole and 
Reece Farrow shut out their opposition at the No. 2 doubles flight.
Luke Attride-Stirling and 
Andrew Ray paired up for a 6-3 victory in third doubles.
All of Adelphi's singles victories came in straight sets.
Marko Jovanovic won 6-2, 6-1 in top singles. 
Gabriel Balestero was a 6-3, 6-1 victor at the No. 2 flight. Sole prevailed comfortably in third singles, 6-1, 6-0. 
Thiago Negrao made his first-ever appearance at fourth singles and won 6-0, 6-1.

Rebecca Fakas and the Panthers resume their NE10 slate Saturday (Mar. 26), when they travel to Manchester, N.H. for a 1 p.m. first serve at Southern New Hampshire University.
