Romeoville, IL - With nearly representation from every Division II region, the Adelphi University men's and women's cross country program trekked to Illinois for the annual Lewis Crossover on Saturday, hosted by Lewis University.

Racing against strong competition the men placed 18th overall as the women secured the 16th team spot.

Top finisher for the women, Katherine Marsh appeared inside the top-60 when she placed 59th in the field in a time of 23:19.80. Her sister Isabel was next to cross the line just 15 seconds later to take 76th overall. Grace Minikel rounded out the top-three for the Panthers, coming in under 100, clocking in at 23:57.10 to place 94th out of 188 harriers.

On the men's side, Diego Llanos finished in the top-half of the over 200 competitor field, in a time of 25:57.1 in the 8K, falling short of his career-best from the Paul Short Run.

Next to reach the finish line was Thomas Rouletter in 26:51.8 and rounding out the top three for the weekend was Jake Orfano, who crossed the tape in 27:15.0.
