North Easton, Mass. - The Adelphi University volleyball program snapped a five game losing streak inside Merkert Gymnasium as they took a 3-2 victory from Stonehill College, Saturday afternoon.
The Panthers (11-9, 4-5 NE10) used a strong offensive performance from
Sara Mandreja and
Cara McKenzie, who led the team with 16 and 12 kills, respectively. The duo also chipped in two service aces each, combining for nine digs.
Danielle MacKnight and her squad return to the Center for Recreation and Sports on Friday, November 8 when they host Franklin Pierce in league action. Opening serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
