Stage Set For Men's Soccer In Saturday's National Quarterfinal Against Charleston At LIU Post

Brookville, N.Y. - Following Thursday's 4-0 win in the NCAA East Region Championship against host LIU Post, the Adelphi University men's soccer program looks to book a trip to Kansas City on Saturday with the National Quarterfinal match set against Charleston. The game is scheduled for a 1:00 pm start on the campus of LIU Post at the Pioneer Soccer Park.

Federico De Oliveira, Alejandro Penzini, Florent Girardin and Jordan Daniel each scored a goal in Thursday's match while Spenser Powell managed three saves to preserve a school record 14th shutout on the year. The Brown and Gold (19-1-1) look to increase their school record for victories to 20 with Saturday's victory in addition to advancing to the National Semifinal.

Fans looking to cheer on their Panthers at LIU Post can join the Fan Bus in front of the CRS with a 12:00 pm departure. Those unable to attend can follow live or watch live.

Notes:
- The Panthers own a 13-4 record in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
