Following the strike for Armstrong, a strike from the skies start a long delay in the 58th minute that caused both teams to retreat to the sidelines.
After multiple lightning strikes and storms held up the delay for a few hours, both teams returned to the pitch. Armstrong kept up its attack, outshooting the Panthers (0-1) 9-2 in the second half to finish the game with a 19-7 advantage. With that, the Brown and Gold were unable to generate an equalizer despite three corner kicks in the final period.
