ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY – Not having to travel too far from Garden City for tonight's match, the Adelphi University men's soccer team brought home a 2-0 non-conference win against Long Island rival Molloy earlier this evening.

The Panthers and Lions (0-2-1) played to a scoreless tie throughout the first half and into the halftime break. The Brown and Gold created nine shots while only allowing two to Molloy.
Adelphi continued the offensive pressure to open the second half, resulting in the opening goal of the contest coming in the 59th minute as Zuniga found Sini for the tally with Sini putting in the goal off the back of his heel. Joseph later added the second goal on a 30-yard chip from Stojcevski.
The Panthers step into Northesat-10 Conference play this Tuesday when they travel to Springfield, MA to face the Yellow Jackets of American International. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
