Katie Andrews helped the Adelphi University softball team on both sides of the ball today as the Panthers defeated Saint Rose 5-0 in the weekend series opener on Ficke Field.
The Brown and Gold move to 23-16 overall and 12-8 in the conference while Saint Rose goes to 11-21 and 7-13 in the conference.

The two squads head back to the diamond tomorrow for a noon doubleheader. It will also be "Senior Day" as seniors from both teams, including Andrews and
Courtney Sullivan of the Panthers, will be celebrated.
