Garden City, N.Y. - At today's Adelphi University softball's Earth Day doubleheader versus New Haven starting at 3:00 pm, Adelphi kicks off the PanterCycle Pledge!
The goal of Adelphi University's PantherCycle Pledge is to encourage a commitment on behalf of all Adelphi community members to sustainable waste disposal on campus and in the global community.
The PantherCycle Pledge came about as a collaboration between Adelphi Athletics, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Green Community in honor of Earth Week 2014. This initiative will continue its life on campus in an effort to inspire and motivate Adelphi community members to develop a more sustainable lifestyle.
Sign up today, and receive a sticker with the PantherCycle Pledge logo! The logo was designed by Athletics very own,
Emily Dorko. Additionally, we would like to send a special thank you to James Cornell for sponsoring the green socks being worn today!
Today's game program will go paperless, and can be found
