At the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, David Lewis earned a fifth place finish in a very deep 400m field. He traversed the two lap race in 49.44 to earn four points toward the team scoring. Additionally, in an event he usually does not compete in, the long jump, he posted a mark of 6.69m which was good enough for sixth place. Rounding out the day, he was on the 4x400 meter relay team that earned a sixth place finish. Lewis and the rest of the Panthers totalled 57 points to finish in sixth place.
