Mileson joined both the men’s and women’s soccer staff in 2024 to serve as a data analyst, focusing on sports performance analysis.

Prior to Adelphi, Mileson served as a first team analyst for Hereford F.C., a National League North club. He coded and recorded live games before giving post game analysis, looking into the team’s performance and then providing feedback to the coaching staff.

Mileson is a native of Cardiff, Wales.
