Kristen Shine enters her first year with the business department in the fall of 2021 as she pursues a masters of business administration with a specialization in sport management. 

Shine graduated from Farmingdale State College in May with a degree in sport management, and made multiple appearances on the Dean's List and President's List during her four years. 

At Farmingdale, Shine was a member of both the women's soccer and lacrosse teams. She was two-time Skyline Conference All-Sportsmanship Team selection and an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.  

On the women's soccer team, Shine produced a game-winning goal and three assists during the 2019 season. As a member of the 2021 women's lacrosse team, she started every game at midfield and led the Rams in ground balls and caused turnovers.
