Aidan Mallon joins the Adelphi University compliance department for the 2026-27 academic year.
Mallon graduated from Dominican University in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, along with a minor in information technology. During his time at Dominican, he was a member of the Dean’s List and Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society.
While at Dominican, Mallon competed on the Charger's track and field team, serving as a team captain. He was recognized on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Academic Honor Roll in three different semesters for his success in the classroom. Away from competition, Mallon served as the President of the Student Government Association and as an event planning chairman on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
Mallon brings both professional and internship experience to Adelphi, currently serving as a human resources intern at C.H.O.Y.C.E.S. He has also gained experience through previous internships as a data analyst with Active Rockland PT and through the Data Mine program with Purdue University.
At C.H.O.Y.C.E.S., Mallon assists with candidate sourcing, job postings, resume screening and interview coordination, while also helping with onboarding documentation and digital portfolio creation.
Through his other internship experiences, he developed skills in data analysis, database management and identifying trends, patterns and insights.
Mallon currently resides in Bohemia, N.Y..
